These SMS Terms of Service govern the text messaging program offered by New Connections Inc. ("New Connections," "we," "us," or "our").

Program description

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting on our written consent form, you agree to receive text messages from New Connections related to your appointments and care, such as appointment reminders and requests to reschedule. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving treatment or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and care needs.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. New Connections does not charge for the text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
