The New Connections Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOT) offers treatment for those who are suited to a more flexible type of care than an inpatient setting. We cater to working adults who want to come after work.
Our effective integrated treatment consists of nine hours of treatment per week over three days or nights for twelve weeks including Saturday morning where we include families every other week. The program includes the following:
- Comprehensive Assessment
- Group Counseling
- Chemical Dependency Education
- Bi-Weekly Family Groups
- Individual Case Management
- 12-step Integration
- Relapse Prevention
- Discharge Planning
Our program is designed to provide “evidence based” care and we address your physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational enhancement approaches are included in the program. Program graduates are provided with aftercare meetings for one year after completion of the program.
